Katy is friendly, professional and confident. She loves her work and it shows, she's a perfectionist and very knowledgeable. You can tell she enjoyed every second of doing my brows and answering any questions I had. I've had my brows done in the past and this was painless in comparrison, I think I even fell asleep at one point! But most importantly the results are amazing, I'm so pleased I went to her!

My initial consultation with Katy removed any apprehension about having my brows done. She is kind, knowledgeable and naturally reassuring. Her attention to detail during the process was exceptional, regularly checking that I was comfortable with the shape and colour. She listened and adapted the shape a couple of times to make sure I was happy. I found the whole two hour process remarkably relaxing and I am thrilled with the outcome.
